MATCHING GIFTS MAKING LIFE A LITTLE BRIGHTER ONE GIFT AT A TIME               The Pella Rolscreen Foundation Matching Gift Program was established in 1984 to enable Pella Corporation team members to direct the resources of the Foundation toward projects and organizations that are important to them.               The Pella Rolscreen Foundation will match eligible gifts from a minimum gift of $25 to a maximum of $5,000 per employee or retiree each year. These may be cash gifts or securities that have a quoted market value. Testamentary bequests, dues, subscriptions, fees, tuition, insurance premiums, and pledges do not qualify for matching gifts. Smaller gifts from one person or several individuals cannot be combined to achieve the minimum level for eligibility. Proof of your donation may be required.               Matching gifts are paid quarterly. Applications received by the end of March, June, September, and December will be paid during the following month.               A recipient organization must be qualified as exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and present verification and other information, if requested, to determine eligibility.               Gifts to organizations not currently approved for Matching Gifts will be considered when the Matching Gift form and appropriate information is provided to the Foundation. House of worship building projects require a special application and approval prior to the date of the gift.               Interpretation and administration of the program will be determined by the Foundation.
